Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later at the age of the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics program in childhood. She earned her Professional Card just one year later and was 17. She became the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further the education. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance and set herself new goals every year. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles were added to her list. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel had a long break when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her college diploma. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took her place 6th in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more proud of the result. Ariel was competing with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. Her exercises to strengthen her back include bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm pull downs with lats. The first step is warming up before progressing to her working sets. Ariel makes the best use of the time she has. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This is usually three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
